Took my grandmother there for her hearing aids and had a wonderful experience. Joseph was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. A year later we returned for a check up and Joseph did another ear test, repaired a minor bug and updated the aids. Overall excellent customer service during and after the sale! Absolutely happy with Joseph and his expertise,  covered every aspect of my hearing issues, went over settings, adjustments and how to hear better in noisy rooms, that's a big plus for me. Takes care of warranty issues, takes his time, makes sure your ears are clean. I think there are very few places where you can get customer service like this. I was visiting my family doctor when I read "Free Hearing Test" available next door. Sometimes my girlfriend says I don't listen, so I figured I should get my hearing tested.
